Account Registration Rejected - Stuck in Support Loop (No Username Generated)
Hello, I am writing here out of absolute desperation after being trapped in a system loop for three weeks. I urgently need a manual review from eBay Developer Support so I can get my store's integration up and running.
My initial developer account application was flagged by the automated security system and rejected before a developer username was ever generated.
Here is the Catch-22 that is paralyzing my progress: Because your system did not assign me a developer username, I am physically blocked from submitting a ticket through the official Developer Account Support portal. Standard eBay customer service cannot access the developer backend, leaving me with zero official ways to contact support.
I am completely locked out by an automated bot and have no way to appeal.
Could a member of the Developer Support team please send me a Direct Message as soon as possible? I need to securely provide my email address so a human can manually review my application and clear this flag. Thank you.
