Inkfrog and eBay inventory glitches
Hello, Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but we are not sure why this continues to happen without a resolution! We have been using Inkfrog for a while in order to list our inventory and there seems to be a random glitch where the APIs with both eBay and Inkfrog do not work properly which causes our inventory to be off balance. This results in our company selling items that do not have quantity, and our valued customers getting orders canceled and refunded. We can't seem to get a straight answer from either platform, and no one wants to be at fault, but we continue to receive defects in our seller performance and negative feedback from angry customers. Is there anyone else that is having this same issue? Or anyone that has a resolution?

Application Growth Check Stalled

I co-own an app that allows users to post on the eBay platform, specifically devoted to eBay. I anticipated movement and applied for a rate increase on some critical APIs that allow users to interact with the platform, and we have not heard back. We regulate the system so users can't bombard eBay with calls but we are still capping out on certian APIs most days of the week, keeping users from performing basic functions on the app. The lack of more API usage access is actively hurting our business (and most definitely eBay's) and we are seeing paying users pack up and leave the platform because they are unable to list to eBay late in the day. It has been over a month since the initial ask and I don't know what else to turn to or who to ask since I have only heard crickets. Is this normal? Any help or advice would be greatly appriciated.

incorrect locations information being sent between ebay and Linnworks
We have been having problems with Linnworks and ebay for several months since they changed the ebay configurators settings on linnworks back in March. Since then, random selection of our listings with variations (single size items are not affected), are showing 3x the stock amount. We have gone back and forth with both ebay and linnworks and they have finally directed me here. The ebay API is sending back 2 warehouses locations to linnworks (still does not explain why we get 3 times the inventory amount), and they have asked me to delete one. However chat agents said as its an API issue i need to come here. How do I fix this??

I am trying to register for a developer account as I created a Sync tool that helps my business . eBay API use cases: Sell Inventory API — create listings on eBay on behalf of authenticated users via OAuth Fulfillment API — monitor sales to auto-remove sold items from other platforms (prevents double-selling) Trading API — sync inventory and listing status I keep getting auto denied and it says I dont qualify for an account but I do not understand why. I have tried the appeal page/link on here and i get the following email after filing that: We’re reaching out to provide an update on your eBay developer account activation. Following our review, we’re unable to approve activation at this time. As part of eBay’s standard evaluation process, developer accounts are assessed against internal eligibility and risk controls. Based on this assessment, your request does not meet the criteria required for activation. These controls help protect our platform and community, and while we cannot share specific details of the evaluation, decisions are made in accordance with eBay’s policies. You may consider reapplying at a later time. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, eBay Developers Program Is there someone that can help or tell me what I am doing wrong?

New Business Developer Account Auto-Rejected Upon Registration - Appeals Form Giving Instant Rejection Email.

Hello eBay Developer Support Team, I am trying to register a developer account for my legally registered business, Blue Ridge Rips. My application was instantly rejected upon registration due to automated 'irregularities' flags. I attempted to use the official Developer Account Support appeal form to request a manual review, but the system is throwing an automated 'Risk Controls' rejection email the exact second I hit submit, meaning a human has not had a chance to look at our data or use case. Our application is strictly for localized, internal inventory management and financial accounting for our storefront. Can an employee or moderator please help escalate this ticket so a human agent can manually verify our business EIN and approve our production keys? Thank you.

Production Trading API returning persistent 503 for over 24 hours
Since June 7 (still ongoing June 8), every Production Trading API request has failed with HTTP 503 for more than 24 hours. The 503 is not an eBay API XML error. It comes back as a generic Akamai CDN page (server header AkamaiGHost, content type text/html) with the message "Service Unavailable - Zero size object". The same 503 happens for any call, so it is not specific to one request. Importantly, the legacy Trading API is the only thing affected. From the same server and same IP, eBay REST APIs (Sell and Buy) all return 200 OK at the same time. OAuth token refresh also succeeds every time. So our credentials, keyset, and IP are all valid, and only the Trading API origin is unreachable. Is anyone else seeing persistent Trading API 503s right now, or can eBay confirm a known issue with the Trading API origin? I can share exact response headers on request. Thank you.

OAuth credentials for single seller account
Is there a way to get OAuth credentials for a single seller account? I have a developer account but ebay has it marked wrong or something as a 3rd party developer account. It will only let me generate OAuth stuff as a 3rd party developer which requires URL callbacks and other things like that. I just want OAuth credentials for my ebay seller account. I don't want to be associated with any 3rd party anything. I have no idea how to fix this and I have no idea how to ask ebay without being charged $75.

My account registration was rejected
Hello, I attempted to register for an eBay Developer account, but my registration was rejected with the following message: "Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities. If you believe this rejection is in error, please see our FAQs and Contact Channels page or work with your eBay representative directly." I believe this may have been an error. I have submitted the "My account registration was rejected" form through Developer Account Support. Could someone from the Developer Support team please review my registration or advise me on the next steps? Thank you.
