Seller ghosting on 1-Year Store Warranty card (Purchased Aug 2025, past 30 days)
Hi Mentors, I need some advice on how to handle a seller who included a physical warranty card but is not responding. The Details: Item: Google Pixel 9 Pro 512GB Purchase Date: August 14, 2025 (Delivered Aug 19, 2025) Issue: The phone recently suffered an internal power failure (completely dead/won't charge, no physical damage). Warranty: Inside the box, the seller ( LeArbre Store Inc ) provided a physical 1-Year Seller Warranty Card instructing buyers to contact their warranty department under the "Other" topic if issues arise. Where I'm Stuck: Because the purchase was made last August, the 30-Day eBay Money Back Guarantee return window closed on September 18, 2025. The standard return/refund buttons are gone. I reached out directly to the seller via eBay messages over 48 hours ago asking to initiate a repair/replacement under their written 1-year warranty, but I haven't received a reply. Since eBay's 30-day money-back window has passed, what are my options to get the seller to honor their written warranty when they are ignoring messages? Thanks for any insight or suggestions!

Payout not sent to my PayPal says chime instead

So I set up a checking account to get my payouts sent to., so on my PayPal I gave them my account and routing number for my PayPal card, debiit MasterCard, the account number for that, well payout was released and it said it was sent, well checked my PayPal it was not there so got back on eBay and checked the account, everything was correctly entered for my PayPal but it says chime card, I don't have a chime card, have not ever set one up if I did then it had to of been over 5 years ago and to my understanding that card would not be open for a account due to never used it and never set up, so I'm clueless to what the heck happened, cause that account and routing number is Fully To My PAYPAL ACCOUNT, anyone have this happen to them?? If so would you know what i am to do to fix this??? Amy kind of help would be awesome, thanks EBAY community. Please contact me please @dozerd45

Trying to Warranty an item but the seller doesn't
I purchased a cheap turbo with a 2 year warranty. I bought it knowing that it would probably be a piece of junk but I figured it has a warranty so no problem if it breaks. I put the turbo in my project car so it took my a while to complete the car. Once I finished the car, I drove it around a little. The turbo was winning really bad. I took the turbo out and saw that the turbine was hitting the compression housing. So I figured I'd reach out and figure out how the warranty works. But the seller doesn't excite anymore. Im well within the 2 year warranty the seller said I'd have. What should I do? I don't see anywhere where eBay helps with problems like this.
