reputable trading card seller having to wait 30days

I have been selling with eBay for quite some time I sell trading cards on here and some collectible items and as of recently eBay isn’t paying me out until 30 days after I make the sale which was the thing when I first started and then eventually I got to be good reputation so I would get the money almost immediately when selling the product and now after I send a card to authenticity guarantee, and they damage it and eBay pays me for the damages. Now they’re holding all my funds why? I none of the reasons they can hold fit my situation what is going on? I don’t even wanna sell anything anymore because I’m afraid I won’t get the money.

Authenticity Guarantee is expanding to more trading cards

Over the coming weeks, we’re expanding eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee to include eligible single trading cards priced at $200 and above (down from $250). This means more high-value trading card transactions on eBay will include authentication at no additional cost, helping create more trust, protection, and confidence on eBay. Why this matters Authenticity Guarantee helps buyers feel more confident before they purchase and gives sellers added protection after the sale. When an eligible card sells, you’ll ship it to the authentication facility. Our partners at Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) will verify the card’s authenticity and confirm that it matches the listing through a multi-point inspection. Once authenticated, the card is packed securely and shipped to the buyer with tracked delivery. Cards are not graded or re-graded as part of this process. What’s changing Eligible raw and graded single trading cards priced at $200 and above listed on ebay.com will qualify for Authenticity Guarantee once the service becomes available in the following categories: CCG = 183454 Toys & Hobbies > Collectible Card Games > CCG Individual Cards NSTC = 183050 Collectibles > Non-Sport Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles STC = 261328 Sports Mem, Cards & Fan Shop > Sports Trading Cards > Trading Card Singles Eligible listings will automatically display the blue Authenticity Guarantee badge when they qualify. What this means for you The selling process remains the same. When an eligible card sells, ship it to the authentication facility shown in your order details. PSA will inspect the card and listing details, then the card will be securely shipped to the buyer after authentication. A few helpful reminders: Ship each Authenticity Guarantee order individually. Combined shipping is not currently supported. Upload tracking through My eBay or Seller Hub so the order can be tracked and seller protections can apply. Review your titles, photos, descriptions, and condition details for accuracy. Check Seller Hub order details to confirm whether a sold item qualified for Authenticity Guarantee. How to prepare Keep listing as usual, but review eligible single-card listings to make sure details are accurate. For raw cards, ensure photos, condition, and descriptions are clear. For graded cards, check the grading company, case, label, certification details, and listing photos. If you use listing tools, integrations, or bulk workflows, please plan for more orders to route through the authentication facility once this expansion takes effect. If you have questions or need support, please visit our help page .

Losing my Top Rated seller rating

I'm having a big problem with eBay's rating of my "on time" shipping. I've been a "Top Rated" seller for nearly 6 years, but in recent months I've seen my late shipment rate increase, and my "uploaded and tracked" percentage plummet, giving me a now "Above Standard" rating. All of this despite shipping out nearly every item same day and having a designated 2-day handling time. I suspect it's because I live in a rural area and my items are not being properly scanned into the USPS system until they reach a major shipping hub (in my case, Houston TX). If that's the case, eBay's rating system has a serious flaw. Is anyone else experiencing this?

An item "marked delivered" is now trying to be returned for missing parts.

Hey, Recently I had an item I sold ship out and be delivered or "marked delivered". However the buyer was on vacation. A week after ot was marked delivered the buyer returned home and said the item was missing multiple parts of the order (almost everything) and it wasn't even in the same box I shipped it. Now they are opening a return! I feel bad and would like to help but something feels fishy about this. Any suggestions? Should I offer a refund and have them keep the 1 item (not worth the return) or should I have him file a claim with USPS? THANK YOU!

      Tired of Breakers

When searching for cards, it would be nice if eBay would offer a filter to add or remove breakers from the search. If I search for a hobby box, or a card from a hobby box, I get dozens of breakers I have zero interest in. eBay, please filter these out

Seller Canceling Auctions After Winning Bids: What Can Buyers Do?

I recently won an auction on a live stream, only to have the seller cancel the transaction and issue a refund, claiming the card was worth more than the final bid. This felt unfair as I was not at fault for their oversight. What measures can buyers take to ensure sellers honor auction sales, especially when there's no apparent way to contest the seller's decision once a refund is issued? Can community members share their experiences or offer advice on potential actions or policies that could protect buyers in such situations? I have clear proof from the seller stating "this card was sold at a significantly lower price then the market value" but when I tried negotiating on the price, the seller would not budge and I ultimately paid for what they were asking for.

Using Public Sharepoint Image URLs in Bulk Listings

Hi eBay Community!   I'm attempting to upload approx. 70 listings using the bulk upload tool via the Seller Hub UI.   I've created a library of images within my Sharepoint page and set all sharing settings to Public.   See example image of a trading card below: https://netorgft16914795.sharepoint.com/:i:/s/ForbiddenCards/ETm6EgUv4lxCjZrP_WioUMABnjxT-RhXpktbPC3UzasfYw (this should be visible to any members).   When I go to upload the bulk file the listings are successful but the images fall off with this warning: *** It appears you are using images from a self-hosted or 3rd party image provider. There was a problem uploading your self-hosted image to Ebay, please resubmit your self-hosted images via your 3rd Party Tool or API solution, or contact Customer Support for further help. ***   Images are typically around 760 x 1070 in size and JPG format.   Are there any thoughts to get around this issue?   Thanks in advance!
