Could anyone suggest an effective Promoted Listings campaign strategy?

I currently do not have a structured advertising strategy. I am running only one campaign with all of my listings included. While I am getting impressions consistently, the sales are not improving. Could someone recommend a more effective campaign strategy? I would appreciate advice on how to organize campaigns, set ad rates, group listings, and optimize performance to improve conversions and increase sales rather than just generating impressions.

Seller Hub > Research Products is Stale

Anyone know why Seller Hub > Research Products is not being updated with the most recent sales? https://www.ebay.com/sh/research?marketplace=EBAY-US&tabName=SOLD Seems like it hasn't been updated since about 6/12 or 13. It's a real bummer because it is a great tool for seeing how various similar products are selling. Feels like you're flying blind without the most recent sales flowing into the tool.

Terapeak Product Research hasn't been working for 4+ days

Not sure if it's connected somehow to eBay's changes here, but since late Friday there have been little to no sales reported in the Product Research section under the seller hub. As of a few days ago there were no sales beyond June 12, and today while there are some more recent sales being reported, they are far fewer than is normally the case, especially for popular items that sell in the hundreds to thousands every day. Anyone else notice the same? I reported the issue on Saturday but the problems seem to persist.

As a Seller - Go Directly To Listing ( Product Research )

Is there a way to directly go to a listing when it's clicked in Product Research? There is a 0% chance we want to buy related products we just clicked on and wanted to see, so taking an extra click every single time we're doing this is useless and wasteful for our time and ebay's.

Do quotation marks break Terapeak product research?

I am trying to do this search on Terapeak, Search: Untuckit long sleeve 2xl Last 90 days Used Men's button down shirts Sell through rate: 22% Search: Untuckit "long sleeve" 2xl Last 90 days Used Men's button down shirts Sell through rate: 44% You can see that by using quotes, or quotation marks, results in a big increase in sell through. Which way is more accurate? Do you use quotes in Terapeak? Is the sell-through stat accurate in your opinion?
