Help with ICBT_Gaming_Circumvention_Block
Hi community, I'd like to ask some advice/help on ICBT_Gaming_Circumvention_Block. I was doing my eBay au site selling, and have kept very good feedback records, all my customers are super happy because I provide very good quality products, good service and at good price. However suddenly one day eBay decided to put my account onto restriction, not allowed to sell. With the first several conversations with eBay, I was told my selling was high risk to the community, and the exact reason for that was due to I had 3~4 "out of stock" order cancelling in the last 12 months. I'm a private small seller, don't have much of stocking system, so I guess 3 to 4 out of stock cases in a year would not be that big deal . After several months of restriction, my funds been hold by eBay eventually released back to my bank account. However when I asked ebay support to appeal my account restriction, I was told my ebay account has been permanently banned from selling due to ICBT_Gaming_Circumvention_Block. So anyone know what is this? Ask eBay for clarification, but the support refuse to give any further details. Best Regards,

9-Year Above Standard\Top Rated Seller Permanently Restricted Due to Automated BBE Filter Glitch. Need Advice/Mentor Help
Hello fellow sellers and mentors, I am writing to this community in a state of complete devastation, hoping to get some advice or guidance from experienced members. Recently, my 9-year-old active shop, "EmbroideriesShop" (which specializes in unique, high-quality handmade embroidery and patches), was hit with an automatic, indefinite selling restriction due to a BBE (Bad Buyer Experience) policy violation. When I contacted customer support, the agents sent template responses stating that my seller-fault defect rate rose to 12.01% and that the restriction was applied automatically by the system, leaving them with no technical ability to restore my account manually.

However, looking at my actual, objective metrics, this decision is an absolute mathematical anomaly: Top Rated Seller Badge: I hold the official "Top Rated Seller" badge multiple times with 100% positive buyer feedback . 9-Year History: I have successfully sold over 4,400 items and gathered 999 followers . Impeccable Service Metrics: My Item Not as Described defect rate is 0.00% (0 out of 190 transactions). My Item Not Received rate is only 0.53% (1 out of 187 transactions). The Cause of the Spike: The 12.01% defect rate spike occurred solely because of a single order cancellation during a short, low-volume sales month. This cancellation was due to a system glitch on my discount settings, which I have since completely fixed. How can a 9-year-old store with an active Top Rated badge and 100% feedback be permanently banned over a single transaction defect? The automated BBE filter completely ignored my flawless decade-long record, treating me as a high-risk seller. Since customer support agents claim they cannot bypass the automated decision, I am completely stuck. Has anyone experienced a similar automatic BBE ban on an established account? Is there a specific department, executive email, or legal path I can take to get a human being at eBay to manually look at these flawless metrics? I have attached my redacted metrics dashboard for reference. Any advice, guidance, or moderator escalation would be deeply appreciated. Thank you so much for your time and help. suspended account
I opened an account through LLC. I received a verification message, but the content wasn't specified. After sending the verification email, I received a suspension email. I wrote another email, and received a permanent suspension email. Does anyone have any information about this situation?

Legal review of account for months
Hi, there! I am a bit desperate here. My account medloftheworld60 has been suspended for quiet a while. The automated messages from support state that the account is under legal review with no estimation when this review will be finished. I am stuck, since I do not know what to do further on. I cannot get to human support, I am afraid, looks like my messages are processed via AI assistants. I will be very grateful for any tips, recommendations or advises in this respect. My Account Suspension

Hi everyone, I recently received a message from eBay saying that my account is linked to another suspended account. I uploaded my government ID, bank statements, and all other requested documents, but eBay still denied my appeal. I have been selling on this account for about five years without any problems. I do not sell large amounts. eBay is mainly my hobby, and I sell unique lighters and collectible dishes. My personal information and Social Security number have been stolen several times in the past. Credit accounts and other accounts were opened in my name, and I have filed police reports for identity theft. I am a government employee working at NASA, and I always take rules and compliance seriously. It is very upsetting to be accused of breaking the rules when I have tried to follow them. Has anyone had a similar situation? What can I do to request another review? Would a new police report, identity theft report, lawyer, or government legal assistance help? I also do not understand why eBay raised this issue only after five years. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Seeking Help : New eBay account Suspended with MC999 error

Hi eBay Community Team, I’m reaching out for help regarding an issue with my eBay account. My account was newly registered, but it was immediately suspended before I had the chance to list or sell anything. I have carefully reviewed eBay’s policies and can confirm that I did not violate any rules. I attempted multiple times to appeal the suspension, but I have not received any response or resolution. The suspension notice I received referenced error code MC999. I would like to ask the community for guidance on how to resolve this situation. where is my money my seller protection kicked in and now my payouts are froze. eBay this is not professional at all I will be taking legal action
Four months and my 6000 is still on payout hold even after my seller protection got me my dispute money i resent in my verification and tracking is confirmed all over again and now I’m on hold waiting for eBay to raise the restriction so I can get my payout. I will be closing my account afterward as well. This is bullshit. I demand my property I demand my payout now. In our agreement eBay you had 30 days it’s been well over 90 I demand my 6000 in payouts today or I will take legal action and go after 6000 plus hope u hear me now

EBAY HAS SHUT ME DOWN FOR 72 HRS FOR FALSE COUNTERFIT CLAIMS
Hello everyone, i am in need of some help please, i am an ebay seller i mainly buy and sell watches new mostly, I have been bombarded with policy violations that just shut down my store going into the holiday weekend with a huge sale campaign going... I received shutdown notice and had no known violations showing on my phone app ios so i reach out to ebay customer service and was informed ive been flagged for counterfeit hi risk and still i was not seeing violations on my end, I used desktop app to look a second time and yes 3 listings from a valid supplier were flagged, I immediately appealed all 3 violations and I was informed today that my appeals were denied, I showed proof of purchase, i uploaded where i purchased. what can i do to prevent this as it has now hurt my business. like many of you I worked hard to reach top rated seller, never had any issues except these false counterfeit claims. Is possibly someone doing this to me maybe competition? how are counterfeit claims made? do i have the right to appeal a second time? Is this maybe a scam that beats ebays AI by buyers who do this after purchase? I see how easy it is through app to just claim fake or counterfeit it appears to be a couple clicks and you can really hurt a store, should i put receipts with listings proving authenticity? what can i put in listing that proves authenticity and will prevent this from ever happening again? thank you

Unbelievable reviewing team, My age is in the front of my government ID. This is the fourth time I sent my ID, and I get the same response. My date of birth is in the front of my ID; it says I was born in 2002-10-01, so this means I'm 22 years, 3 months, and 21 days old. What I should do so they can believe that my age is 22 years old, not under 18? Are you guys awake when reviewing the document?
