Developer Technical Support stuck inactive – Primary Contact details not saving

Hi, I’m unable to activate Developer Technical Support on my eBay Developer account. I’m trying to activate support so I can submit an Application Growth Check for production access to the eBay Buy APIs. I have followed the instructions to: Edit my Primary Contact details Complete the required information Click Save Click Edit again Click Activate Support However, when I click Activate Support , I am returned to the details form and the information I previously saved has disappeared. I have tried the process more than once with the same result. I found another recent Community post describing what appears to be the same issue, where Developer Support had to be manually activated. Could an eBay Developer Support representative please check my account and manually activate Developer Technical Support if necessary? Thank you.

Buyer-Requested Cancellations Counted as Seller Fault Unfulfilled in BBE – Is This Correct?

Hello, I am looking for clarification regarding the Seller Fault Unfulfilled metric under eBay's Cross-Border BBE policy. It appears that some orders where the buyer explicitly requested cancellation may be contributing to the seller's Seller Fault Unfulfilled BBE rate. I am trying to understand whether this is intended behavior or a possible classification issue. Specifically, if the sequence is: Buyer places order → Buyer requests cancellation → Seller accepts the buyer's request → Buyer receives a full refund should that transaction be classified as Seller Fault Unfulfilled ? This seems different from a situation where the seller cancels because an item is out of stock or because the seller is unable to fulfill the order. Another concern is that the BBE dashboard may show a number of Seller Fault Unfulfilled transactions, while the downloadable BBE Transactions report does not clearly identify the individual transactions responsible for that metric . This makes it difficult for a seller to determine which transactions are being counted and provide evidence if a transaction has been incorrectly classified. Could someone familiar with Cross-Border BBE please clarify: Are buyer-requested cancellations supposed to count as Seller Fault Unfulfilled? Does BBE distinguish between buyer-requested cancellations and seller-initiated/unfulfilled cancellations ? How can a seller obtain the Transaction IDs being counted under Seller Fault Unfulfilled if they are not identified in the downloadable BBE report? Is there a specific process for requesting a manual review of an incorrectly classified BBE transaction? I would especially appreciate clarification from an eBay representative or sellers who have encountered the same issue. Thank you.

System error allows 3 buyers for a single listed item. One canceled order left a negative review. EBAY- denied my request for removal because I canceled the order not the buyer, even though that's what I was informed to do by the EBAY help chat.

I've been an ebay member and buyer since 2005. Less than two weeks ago, I started selling my old collectibles on ebay. I made over 40 sales and everything was going smooth. Then, I listed a single item last Friday and when I woke up, I had 3 different buyers who had bought and paid for the item. I double checked the listing and it was listed as a quantity of 1. Through the help chat and articles it said I had to cancel the extra orders. I canceled two of the orders and explained what happened. One of them who is a reseller, left me negative feedback after I explained. I sent him screenshots verifying everything and asked that he take down his review. He hasn't responded and ebay denied my request for the removal of the negative feedback because I was the one who canceled the order and not the buyer, even though that's exactly what I was informed to do from the same help chat. My rating went from 100% to 83%. Any other sellers ever experience anything like this? Any suggestions beyond contacting the buyer again and requesting removal? Thanks in advance.

What can I do if a returned item is damaged buyer?

Hi everyone, I'm a new seller and sometimes new things happen with refunds. A buyer refunded my item, but it was damaged and something missing (he dropped thermal paste in the motherboard socket, and I have video when I unpack delivery). So, the problem is, how can I appeal this situation? When I reported a problem in the refund section, I chose an option from the listing (there was no description section, no option to add a photo), and the next step was to pay a full refund... Is this not okay?I'm trying to connect to live support (like chat or email), but this isn't possible, only phone calls. Can somebody tell me what I can do to fix this situation? It's the first time this has happened to me.

Add Tracking: Apply to All Items With One Click?

Suggestion: Adding Tracking Numbers When a customer has purchased many items, and I'm shipping all in the same package, this "add tracking" feature can be improved. Can we get a check box at the top of the screen to "Apply Same Tracking to All" ? My example pictured here had only 13 items going out to this customer ... But, at times, I have a customer buying 40 or 50 or more at a time. Pasting the same tracking number into 68 different fields is so tedious and time-consuming. There should be an option to paste into this screen one time, and have it auto-populate all the tracking number fields when they are all shipping together. Thanks for any input/feedback! @shippingteam@ebay

Single Same Item Sold Twice to Separate Buyers

Bottom line, after a great deal of sleuthing, I've discovered that an item was sold to a buyer, paid for, and shipped, after the very same item was already sold, paid for, and shipped to another buyer. Ebay "resolved" the issue based on the second buyer's message that they "did not receive their item" as denied and no appeal possible. My mistake that I sent the wrong item. Buyer's "mistake" that they used the "did not receive item" instead of clarifying that they received the wrong item. (Likely due to the few "select" choices). Somehow, the same Ebay item remained listed even after it sold. Help! How can I resolve this? I want to refund my second buyer and do not want them to be charged for return shipping. Is there a way to work with Customer Service after a closed Appeal?

Can a Pakistan-Based eBay Account Sell Inventory Stored in the US?

Hi everyone, I have a question and would really appreciate advice from sellers with experience in this. I have a Pakistan-based eBay seller account, and I have inventory already stored in the United States (sportswear and sports balls). Can I list and sell these items on eBay.com while shipping them directly from my US inventory? Has anyone here successfully done this with a non-US eBay account? Are there any restrictions, policy issues, or requirements I should be aware of? I'd appreciate any insights or personal experiences. Thanks in advance!

I have asked the Ai bot chat but I keep getting locked a circle and now way to change the label address. HELP!!!! Order 10-14869-84542 Return ID 5325450485 Thank You

Should I accept a return even if the reason for return was marked incorrectly (defective instead of Buyer's remorse) and I talked to eBay support about it?

I sell new old stock wakeboard bindings. about a week ago, I sold 20 year old Hyperlite Byerly wakeboard bindings to someone. They were closed toe and a size large, so that would fit a US Men's size 9 - 11. Because these were old stock bindings, they naturally had a little cosmetic wear, but that wouldn't have impacted performance on the water, but I made sure that in the description it was clear there would be a little weathering and that the buyer should inspect the pictures further to make sure they knew the condition of the bindings I was selling. I do this for every listing, no matter if the weathering is noticable or not. Last saturday, the buyer contacted me And told me that they couldn't fit the bindings, despite being a men's size 10. they also sent me photos of the bindings even further damaged, most likely from trying to get the binding on. However, I suspect there was major user error at play. Byerly are not like modern wakeboard bindings where you can slide them on dry. They are very tight and require you wet both the bindings and your feet at least before attempting to try them on. when I looked at the pictures the buyer sent me, the bindings looked very dry, so I know they did not try this method. Despite the message for their return talking mainly about how the bindings did not fit, they marked the reason as Defective instead of Buyer's Remorse. I contacted Ebay support about it, telling them the situation, and assured me it was handled and that they were on my side. But there is still a return request sitting in my inbox. I do not want to have to pay for shipping, since by the nature of the error, it should have been the buyer paying, but I'm worried if I continue to let it sit, Ebay will eventually take matters into their own hands and take the funds from me directly. I can't object to the request. I can only purchase a return label from ebay, upload a return label of my own, or confirm I have already sent a new label to the buyer. I think the only way I can go about this is to accept the return at this point and report the buyer afterwards, but I'm unsure if I'll actually have that as an option considering how all my research is suggesting I do a lot of things that aren't showing up as options. I need to get the request solidified by the 30th. Does anybody have any advice as to what I should do?

Anyone else getting repeated incorrect FedEx shipping adjustments through eBay?

Repeated incorrect FedEx shipping adjustments through eBay I've been having an ongoing problem with FedEx shipping labels purchased through eBay, and I'm wondering if other sellers are experiencing the same issue. Several of my FedEx shipments have received adjustment charges after delivery. In some cases, a package that I shipped at around 12 oz was later billed as 10 lb . I carefully weigh and measure every package before purchasing the label, and I also take photos of the package on the scale and with a tape measure and even taking a photo of size and weights. The strange part is that every time I dispute the adjustment with eBay, the dispute is approved and the charge is removed . However, this keeps happening. Recently, it happened on 3 of my last 7 FedEx shipments . I understand that occasional billing errors can happen, but repeated incorrect adjustments that are later reversed are becoming very time-consuming. Has anyone else experienced this with FedEx labels purchased through eBay? How often does it happen to you? Were you able to get eBay to investigate the recurring issue instead of handling each adjustment separately? Is there anything you've done that reduced or stopped these incorrect adjustment charges? I'm not looking to complain about a single shipment. I'm trying to find out whether this is a broader issue and whether anyone has found a long-term solution.
