Missing Item Appeal: Keith Anderson "One Step Beyond” (45 RPM record, Cozy 513) Tracking shows that my package containing 37 vinyl records was delivered to the eBay international shipping hub in Glendale Heights, IL on January 20, 2026. However, it never departed for international shipment. Attempting to resolve this through eBay Customer Service has been an absolute nightmare filled with automated bots, scripted responses, blatant misinformation and lies. While some items have finally been refunded, many have not. Customer service even claimed that the package was handed over to my local carrier (PostNL), blaming them for not updating the tracking. This is simply impossible since the package never even left the US hub. PostNL has confirmed they never received the package. Therefore, I have decided to post a Missing Item Appeal for each missing record here on the eBay Community Forum, including photos and details. Please take a close look at the attached picture and let me know if you have any information regarding the whereabouts of this record. I am also posting this to expose this corporate theft and warn other international collectors about what happens at this hub. Note: This record was part of a shipment of 37 vinyl records. Initially, I planned to file a Missing Item Appeal for each missing record and post 37 individual links, mirroring eBay's own tedious process of forcing buyers to file separate claims for every single item. However, based on advice from several forum users, I decided not to go through with that.
