I'm seeing an issue with how my promoted listings are displaying in search results, and I'm hoping someone here can clarify what’s happening. When I search in Chrome's Incognito mode using the exact Brand and Model number of one of my items, my listing does not appear near the top , even though it’s an exact keyword match. Instead, I see four listings from another seller that don’t accurately match the search term , but they're showing in the top spots. Here’s what’s confusing: My listing is actively enrolled in Promoted Listings (up to 7% ad rate) , yet it doesn't appear as "Sponsored" or near the top. The competing listings do appear in the top 4 , but eBay Research shows they are not Promoted. Can anyone explain: How non-promoted, lower-relevance listings are appearing above mine (as Sponsored)? Why my promoted listing doesn’t show as Sponsored or rank higher in Best Match? If there’s something wrong with how my campaign is set up or how my item is indexed, I’d appreciate help fixing it. I want to ensure my listings are being seen fairly in search (my listing has more photos, details, matches, and I have better feedback than this competitor). Thanks for your support, fellow sellers! SIDE NOTE: If I was a buyer , I'd think eBay didn't have the model I want since it doesn't show unless I scroll to the 5th result. This is not good for the marketplace shopping.
