Just block them. How are you doing on eBay? I recently became a sole proprietor. I opened a Payoneer account, translated my documents, and even bought something to resell on eBay. But when I listed it, I got the error "Your account has been temporarily restricted. For more information, including how to have the restriction removed, see your Messages in My eBay.{e280946-1244650x}." I scoured the internet, and somewhere they said I needed to make all the names the same, fill out the addresses completely, and try contacting Facebook support. So that's what I did. And they said I was a "danger" to the service and that I shouldn't upload anything, or even open another profile. That's what democracy and human rights you have! As a result, I ended up with back taxes and received the 6 bowls I bought. Thank you, eBay, for the excellent service!
