      Automatic Sales Exports?

I am trying to find a way to automatically export transaction data on eBay. I know you can manually export, but I'm trying to export on a daily basis without needing to do that manually. Hoping to feed that data into Google sheets. I know there are paid platforms that people export data through, but I'd just like the simple raw dataset in a spreadsheet. I assume I might need to build an API, bit I'd love to know if someone knows where to start, or if there are existing resources I can use to get automatic data exports.

Buyer-Requested Cancellations Counted as Seller Fault Unfulfilled in BBE – Is This Correct?

Hello, I am looking for clarification regarding the Seller Fault Unfulfilled metric under eBay's Cross-Border BBE policy. It appears that some orders where the buyer explicitly requested cancellation may be contributing to the seller's Seller Fault Unfulfilled BBE rate. I am trying to understand whether this is intended behavior or a possible classification issue. Specifically, if the sequence is: Buyer places order → Buyer requests cancellation → Seller accepts the buyer's request → Buyer receives a full refund should that transaction be classified as Seller Fault Unfulfilled ? This seems different from a situation where the seller cancels because an item is out of stock or because the seller is unable to fulfill the order. Another concern is that the BBE dashboard may show a number of Seller Fault Unfulfilled transactions, while the downloadable BBE Transactions report does not clearly identify the individual transactions responsible for that metric . This makes it difficult for a seller to determine which transactions are being counted and provide evidence if a transaction has been incorrectly classified. Could someone familiar with Cross-Border BBE please clarify: Are buyer-requested cancellations supposed to count as Seller Fault Unfulfilled? Does BBE distinguish between buyer-requested cancellations and seller-initiated/unfulfilled cancellations ? How can a seller obtain the Transaction IDs being counted under Seller Fault Unfulfilled if they are not identified in the downloadable BBE report? Is there a specific process for requesting a manual review of an incorrectly classified BBE transaction? I would especially appreciate clarification from an eBay representative or sellers who have encountered the same issue. Thank you.

System error allows 3 buyers for a single listed item. One canceled order left a negative review. EBAY- denied my request for removal because I canceled the order not the buyer, even though that's what I was informed to do by the EBAY help chat.

I've been an ebay member and buyer since 2005. Less than two weeks ago, I started selling my old collectibles on ebay. I made over 40 sales and everything was going smooth. Then, I listed a single item last Friday and when I woke up, I had 3 different buyers who had bought and paid for the item. I double checked the listing and it was listed as a quantity of 1. Through the help chat and articles it said I had to cancel the extra orders. I canceled two of the orders and explained what happened. One of them who is a reseller, left me negative feedback after I explained. I sent him screenshots verifying everything and asked that he take down his review. He hasn't responded and ebay denied my request for the removal of the negative feedback because I was the one who canceled the order and not the buyer, even though that's exactly what I was informed to do from the same help chat. My rating went from 100% to 83%. Any other sellers ever experience anything like this? Any suggestions beyond contacting the buyer again and requesting removal? Thanks in advance.

Is there a community of eBay sellers who want to upload listings using CSV reports?

I'm looking to develop a more efficient process for listing items. I'd like to upload CSV files which I recently learning how to do, and it works pretty well. eBay Reports tab in Seller Hub offers two basic kinds of uploads for new listings: draft or launch. The draft listing allows you to create draft listings and then use eBay's very user-friendly tools to modify the listing, upload photos, and schedule a launch. The launch function is rather raw and probably works best with more sophisticated interfaces (I use MS Excel). ' What I'd like, if it's possible, is a version of the launch new listing report that actually creates a draft. That way, I don't need to fiddle with photo URLs required by launch report (manually uploading instead - which allows me to inspect the photos before launch). Also, for my product category, the item specific columns available in the launch report is much better than the draft report, and allows me to avoid busy work. Sometimes I wonder if anyone is listening or if there's a community of sellers who want to improve efficiency of their stores using CSV uploads. Andy

Tracking# not being scanned by USPS

I am having issues with my USPS letter carrier and package pickups. I am unable to go to a post office and have package pickups as needed. Lately it's been a 50/50 if the barcode tracking info. is scanned which then results in the order registering as item still in "pre-shipment" and buyer confirms receipt of item. This not only puts my shipping time in deep decline, I am also not getting payment as tracking# is still in pre-shipment per the USPS! I have repeatedly opened claims with the postal station in question, yet this continues to happen. What else can I do to keep from getting my account dinged and losing payouts and merchandise? Is there a way to notate the day the item gets picked up? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Funds on hold for no reason

Hello! I'm having a problem with the release of my funds for a sale shipped via FedEx. The buyer requested that the package be held for pickup at a FedEx office instead of being delivered to their home. They picked it up on July 8th , but because the FedEx office has a different ZIP code than the buyer's address, eBay is still holding my funds. I've contacted support three times already, but every agent has provided the same generic responses, which have been completely unhelpful and have not addressed the actual issue. What can I do? This is a significant amount of money that I urgently need, as selling on eBay is my primary source of income.

UNABLE TO CONTACT EBAY AGENT FOR MANUAL VERIFICATION OF NEW ACCOUNT

My newly created seller account was suspended within 15 min after registration. I believe this may have been triggered by an automated security review. I am a genuine seller and I am fully willing to verify my identity and business. I can provide any documents you require, including government ID, business registration, bank account details, and proof of address. I would sincerely appreciate a manual review of my account instead of an automated response. If there is any information missing or any issue that needs to be resolved, please let me know and I will respond promptly. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your guidance. Can anyone help me contact eBay agent? i Have tried contacting them via contact us option but live chat isn't available and send me to the option of send mail When i send a mail i just keep recieveing the same automated reply in the mail and no human intervention is provided Any help will be appreciated.

Warning: Seller shipped me liquid softgels labeled as "Beef Liver" — a product that physically cannot exist in oil form

I want to flag a pattern with the seller and ask others to look closely, because I don't think this is a single mistake. I ordered "Grass-Fed Beef Liver Capsules 4500MG". What arrived was a bottle of clear golden-yellow oil softgels — visually identical to fish oil. Photos attached. The problem is straightforward: desiccated beef liver is a dry, dark brown powder. It is the only form it exists in. It cannot be a clear golden oil. So whatever is in these softgels, it physically cannot be beef liver. I don't know if the oil is soybean, fish, or another cheap carrier — and that's the point. As a buyer I have no idea what I actually swallowed, and it isn't what was advertised. Then I looked through the rest of the store (214 listings), and the pattern is hard to ignore. Bottles labeled as chemically unrelated products — CoQ10, Vitamin D3+K2, Calcium Magnesium Zinc, Glutathione, Saffron, Beef Liver — repeatedly show the same identical yellow oil-filled softgel in their own product images. These are not all things that come as a golden oil gel. Calcium, magnesium, and glutathione are powders or specific compounds; beef liver is a powder. Seeing them all presented as the same generic yellow gel raises an obvious question about what's really inside any of them. Other things on the same listings: The beef liver bottle's printed label misspells the product as "BEEF FLIVER" — a manufacturer with real quality control doesn't ship that. Listings mix contradictory claims, e.g. "Vegan" alongside Gelatin as an ingredient. Several carry an "FDA Approved" badge. The FDA does not approve dietary supplements — that claim is by definition false. I'm not saying I've lab-tested every bottle. I'm saying the seller's own images show the same softgel across products that shouldn't share a form, one product is provably mislabeled by physics alone, and the labels carry false certification claims. With 15K+ items sold, most buyers have no way to tell a mislabeled supplement from a real one by taste or effect — so this goes unreported. How do I get eBay's safety team — not just the community board — to review this seller's entire catalog rather than one item? This looks like it warrants a catalog-level look, and possibly an FDA MedWatch report for the mislabeling.

      Fraudulent Services

Tried purchasing the Adira press brake machine but had trouble paying via eBay therefor the seller sent me an account number for transfer. Once i made the payment i realized that I didn't receive an invoice nor was the machine removed from eBay. He then sent me his company invoice & not from eBay. When I asked for my money back because he wasn't responding to my requests & he hadn't shipped the machine as promised. Only after requesting my money back said that he had already shipped the machine & the reason why he didn't respond because he had internet problems & he was waiting for a limit switch that he had ordered for the machine. Needless to say, when we finally received the machine, we could see the damaged limit switch & he hadn't put on any new parts let alone a limit switch. He sent the machine without the keys after he promised turnkey operation. We paid him the full price listed on eBay & not a penny less therefore he made more money by not paying you the service fees.

Has anyone else completely lost the ability to receive payouts? Funds available but eBay won't release them.

I'm trying to find out if this is affecting other sellers or if it's just my account. For over a month, eBay has been unable to send my payouts even though my funds are marked as Available . Here's what I've done so far: Contacted eBay support numerous times. Was told the issue had been resolved. Followed their instructions to remove and re-add my payout bank account multiple times. Verified with Bank of America that there are no problems on their end. My account is in good standing with no restrictions. Despite all of that, my payouts still won't process and my money remains stuck in my eBay account. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Are your payouts delayed or not being sent? Have you had incorrect payout amounts? Were you able to get it fixed, and if so, what finally worked? I'm beginning to wonder if this is a wider Managed Payments issue rather than an isolated account problem. Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.
