My friend has an Antique Howe 10 ton Cotton Gin Scale. Has the entire scale including weights and the part you would drive upon. We're located in Historical Cowpens South Carolina. He is looking to find someone whom may be able to help him in figuring out the value of such a thing. Any help or suggestions would deeply be appreciated.
