Purchase History Items Missing

My purchases from the last couple of months are missing from my purchase history. If I click on any link for an order in email from eBay, I get an error about not being able to find it. There is no way that I can think to resolve this through eBay's designed-to-offer-nothing help process. [They claim to have Customer Service, but no telephones. Something I received is not what I ordered. How do I deal with it if I can't see anything about the order on eBay - and they have absolutely no way to contact them?

Help and Contact Page Useless

I made two purchases from two different sellers. They said their product was delivered but NO it wasn't or I never received it. I contacted both sellers who were no help at all, so I've been trying to contact eBay. This process is totally impossible! I cannot send an email to report the seller because eBay doesn't have an option for no seller name and won't send it without one. I don't have a name because the purchases are no longer in my purchase history NOR are the sellers showing up in eBay. How do I get a record of the emails between us. How do these things just disappear? I've tried for days to contact eBay but their contact and help page is a joke. Nothing leads to nothing. I've been on an endless circle trying to get this resolved. AI doesn't help it only says the same thing repeatedly. EBAY YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! How can I report these sellers without a name or no longer in my history? I sent a call request to no avail, twice! I've sent an email they offered on their page, finally, to no avail. How do I get a hold of a human at eBay and how can I get my money back? I am so frustrated I could scream! This is unacceptable customer service! We spend our money here we should be able to talk to someone if we come across a problem that your "help" page does not cover! Again, eBay do better and send me my two refunds.

No Sign of Any Activity on My Ebay

I've been purchasing items off of Ebay for years. I've had excellent experiences with sellers. I signed in to try and contact a seller a recently purchased an item from, and, strangely, I found no sign of any activity ever on my page!Has anyone else experience this bizarre occurrence?

Buyer says that they didn’t receive package even though it shows on the USPS tracking that the item was delivered. What do I do?
I shipped the order last month and it says that it was delivered to the porch of their residence 2 days later(6/26). However, half a month later(7/16), they have reached out to me to say that they didn’t receive the package. I have contacted usps, and they reiterated what the final update says and that the buyer should not have waited almost a month to announce that they hadn’t received their package. At this point the buyer is asking for a refund or another pair of shirts; which I don’t have. I checked their account and they have positive reviews, so that makes me think they aren’t scammers. Can someone please help me with what I should do???

However, since the system did not list this item on my on my purchase history , the system will not allow me to contact the seller or Ebay about it to get my money back , or a replacement (which is what I really want. ) it also try's to make me make a new EBay account, but I already have an account, so it does not let me do that either. I Googled the seller but the address is non existent, so no way to get a hold of them but through Ebay, but cannot do it because I cannot get through the system . MX Master 4 mislisting nightmare , what do I do?

I had recently purchased an MX master 4 logitech ebay, after much issue with shipping -seller sent package under wrong name of Erin Corbin leaving me unable to pick up from FedEx pick up and leaving my item in Fed Ex package for two weeks- during which that seller pulled their listing and is arguing about refdunding me even thought the item I was sent does not match the original listing. To add more oddity to the situation I am unable to find anyone I can contact regarding this disput now that it has been resolved. What do I do? Is their someone I can regarding this purchase out of staples store next state over or I am just screwed? I have been using this site for years and I am somewhat savy with the ins/outs of its operations but am unable to get any results on this issue, what do I do next?

I bought a Vivitar 24mm from a seller for $39.65 including tax and Shipping. It was shipped and arrived at my location. I found out it had scratched front, and back glass elements. Seeing listing after a purchase
Hi, does anyone know why I cannot see the original listing after I purchased something? I'm trying to go back and check something about the item now that I received it and the details and description are gone. I've gone into my purchases and watch list. Nothing there. The purchase info is there with seller info but description/listing info isn't. Thanks!
