      Business Form default problematic

Seems eBay test, development and deployment. My default listing takes me to Business Form; Can't change back. Adv sed to call eBay support and demand Photo First restored. As a comment: Arbitrary changing a critical (for the seller) feature. It was in my opinion, a sloppy deployment. Insufficient testing function points like the listing creation default with no ability to change back - unacceptable. Back in my QA & Testing days this would have FAILED, we'd then do an emergency release to fix this ASAP as it dramatically affected a sizable percent of the retail seller population. You risk anger many sellers. At least have a way to easily switch back. If the nature of change is intended to force sellers into the business form for architecture issues, you've accomplished that. If there is a strong business case, then rebuild photo first under new architecture. Don't just shut it off. Suggest give people a warning. My requirements were not satisfied in my case.

The eBay EMAILS titled "Your invoice is ready" have had EXTREMELY FUZZY IMAGES for months.

The eBay EMAILS titled " Your invoice is ready" have had EXTREMELY FUZZY IMAGES for months. The item images -- only in those emails -- are extremely low resolution to the point of almost being useless. It does not matter who the seller is or where the seller is (eBay.com or UK or Australia, etc.), or what they are images of, the images in this particular type of email have ALWAYS been fuzzy for months now. (I did not keep track of when I first saw the problem.) In ALL the other emails and/or on the website -- for the same identical items -- are perfectly fine. The problem is ONLY in the " Your invoice is ready" emails.

      'See photos for condition' scam

Ebay really needs to require that sellers disclose, in the item description, the true condition of their items, instead of letting them get away with the 'see photos for condition' scam. I buy vintage tools (to use, not to hang on the wall) and IMO the majority of sellers know nothing about the tools they are selling, or are trying to get away with selling items with missing parts, or who mis-identify them. Photos are not enough, sellers should be required to describe completely the condition of their items. Photos don't show everything, a lot of sellers post bad pics, and photos are useless to anyone who relies on a screen reader. The majority of the time I don't get a reply when I ask about missing or damaged parts. Those sellers go on my blocklist.

How Can I Increase eBay Views and Watchers Without Advertising?

Please suggest what I can do to increase my views, watchers, and overall traffic on my eBay listings without using advertising. Most of my images have white backgrounds, and I’ve already optimized my titles, but my traffic is still decreasing. I would appreciate any tips or strategies that can help improve my organic visibility and sales.

Could anyone suggest an effective Promoted Listings campaign strategy?

I currently do not have a structured advertising strategy. I am running only one campaign with all of my listings included. While I am getting impressions consistently, the sales are not improving. Could someone recommend a more effective campaign strategy? I would appreciate advice on how to organize campaigns, set ad rates, group listings, and optimize performance to improve conversions and increase sales rather than just generating impressions.

      Tips to increase eBay sales

My listings have attractive images that can catch buyers' attention, and I have optimized the titles and descriptions carefully. However, even after making the listings active, I receive very few views. I don't want to use paid advertising, but I still want to generate sales organically. Could any please suggest effective ways to increase visibility and sales without advertising?

EBAY HAS SHUT ME DOWN FOR 72 HRS FOR FALSE COUNTERFIT CLAIMS

Hello everyone, i am in need of some help please, i am an ebay seller i mainly buy and sell watches new mostly, I have been bombarded with policy violations that just shut down my store going into the holiday weekend with a huge sale campaign going... I received shutdown notice and had no known violations showing on my phone app ios so i reach out to ebay customer service and was informed ive been flagged for counterfeit hi risk and still i was not seeing violations on my end, I used desktop app to look a second time and yes 3 listings from a valid supplier were flagged, I immediately appealed all 3 violations and I was informed today that my appeals were denied, I showed proof of purchase, i uploaded where i purchased. what can i do to prevent this as it has now hurt my business. like many of you I worked hard to reach top rated seller, never had any issues except these false counterfeit claims. Is possibly someone doing this to me maybe competition? how are counterfeit claims made? do i have the right to appeal a second time? Is this maybe a scam that beats ebays AI by buyers who do this after purchase? I see how easy it is through app to just claim fake or counterfeit it appears to be a couple clicks and you can really hurt a store, should i put receipts with listings proving authenticity? what can i put in listing that proves authenticity and will prevent this from ever happening again? thank you

Not able to upload files for appeal

I am trying to upload files for my appeal but I am getting the error message "We are unable to upload your file(s). Please try again." even though the file is less than the size limit (495kb) and the correct format (png). Please let me know if anyone has any tips.

Slow loading of photos in a new listing!

I have no strength left! Every day I face the same problem: when I upload photos to a new listing, a few things can happen — 1) the photos don't upload at all (just endless loading), 2) the photos partially upload, like in the screenshot I attached (one part loads instantly while the other part doesn’t load at all). Refreshing the page (F5) and trying again sometimes helps, BUT it doesn’t always work on the first attempt, and uploading a new listing can take up to 10 minutes. This is ridiculous! I'm using Google Chrome, but the same problem happens in other browsers, including Firefox! I’ve attached a screenshot of my internet speed — with a connection like this, photos should be uploading at the speed of sound! My photos are small — on average up to 3MB. Tiny files! I don't have such problems on other marketplaces. So why is this happening and who needs to fix it?!
