Can't send offers to new watchers until old offers time out. Is this normal? I first noticed this on one of my Barbie listing and thought I may have been mistaken. But now I can tell by a few other listings that this is happening. For a fairly new listing item no. 157302039889, I currently have seven watchers. I previously sent four offers. These four offers will expire in two days. But I am unable to send an offer to the other 3 new watchers. On the send offer page it states Interested Buyer. When I choose send offer tab it indicates not eligible (to send offers). I figured this out using the new Marketing Page to view and send offers. And I realize not all watchers are going to buy, but it seems to me that there is a potential to lose a sale if another seller sends an offer on the same item, while my listing is waiting for the old offers to time out.
