The problem is that because of my vision, I’m unable to clearly see and navigate what is being requested. What I really need is a phone number or callback from eBay Support so someone can walk me through the process step by step. I have been selling on eBay for over 20 years but have been inactive for quite a while, and much has changed. Once I get my account updated, I also need some help correctly listing a heavy item for sale. QuestionAsk a MentorChevronRightIcon How to contact Ebay - AI keeps running me in circles I seem to be stuck in a catch 22 with an Ebay issue and would like to TALK to an actual person . When I get the AI chat dude he puts me "in the CHAT queue" promising it will only take "1 minute", but an hour later I am still in the queue. All avenues I can find lead me back to the "CHAT queue". Is there any way to Email Ebay or leave a request for a phone back ?
