Open Case on a Purchase
In the last week of March there was an item purchased from my store. The item was running behind due to bad weather, so they opened a item not delivered. That was on March 29th of this year. The item was delivered on the 31st. eBay closed it since it got delivered. On 1 of April, they opened a return stating they had found another with a better price. So, they had enough days to send it to back to me. They did the label but was never sent out. When the due date came there was a case opened against me. Not sure why if they never sent the item back. Till this day eBay has not contacted me about it. It's still pending after 4 months. How do I fix this? Or who do I talk to cause supposedly they are still investigating it.

Visually Impaired eBay Seller Needs Live Phone Support

My main goal is, of course, to get paid for items I sell. eBay is asking me to update my account and banking information - before I can receive payments, which is a perfectly reasonable request. The problem is that because of my vision, I’m unable to clearly see and navigate what is being requested. What I really need is a phone number or callback from eBay Support so someone can walk me through the process step by step. I have been selling on eBay for over 20 years but have been inactive for quite a while, and much has changed. Once I get my account updated, I also need some help correctly listing a heavy item for sale. Payouts and Negative Funds

I have an item that I've tried to sell for a while and buyers frequently decide they don't want it so it gets cancelled. It was bought again last week, and I messaged the buyer to be certain they read the description of the item to avoid a repeat. They of course decided they didn't want it. Problem is that I couldn't cancel the order. I have no idea why. I notified the buyer and they opened up a payment dispute since now the item was overdue and couldn't be canceled. The funds for the item were of course put on hold. I accepted this dispute since it seemed right. Now ebay is charging me for the item to payback the buyer, when the payout never got to me in the first place. I'm in the hole and the next payout (where they will try to withdraw the rest) is tomorrow. If I check the details it says the funds were 'released' on the 10th when I haven't had a payout since the 4th. What can I do? I havent't been able to get ahold of a person just the AI that can't seem to do anything with this. The dispute itself seems resolved but my problems have not.

How long does a buyer have to pick an item up?
Somebody bought my item for pick up only has already paid and does not want to pick it up till the end of September… Will I be penalized for the long amount of time it takes him to pick it up?

Where is EBay’s Help????
I follow all my purchase and log tracking numbers to my email account. I did this with a recent purchase. I noticed there was no update from when he created a label to USPS. I checked back to see where the tracking information was showing, and it says still waiting on package. I requested a refund, but was told it had been shipped by EBay. I contacted the seller twice with no response. I want my money back and I’m not getting any response from the seller or EBay! I looked through his reviews and this is what he has done to several others. I want EBay to uphold their money back guarantee to me.

High-Value Return Fraud: 40-Lb Weight Discrepancy Ignored & Unfair Negative Balance
"I am looking for advice or insight from other sellers who have dealt with high-value return fraud. Completely unacceptable. I was left with an unfair negative balance of $6,000 because eBay completely ignored a documented 40-pound weight discrepancy on a fraudulent return. I shipped 78 lbs of high-value industrial inventory, and the buyer manipulated the return to send back a fraction of that weight. Instead of investigating actual mail fraud and grand larceny, support hid behind automated delivery scans and dismissed an official federal IC3 cybercrime report as 'having nothing to do with eBay.' Offering a tiny fee credit while sticking a seller with thousands in losses due to platform-enabled fraud is disgraceful. Has anyone else successfully fought a negative balance when carriers and tracking data proved a massive weight shortage? Any advice on next steps would be greatly appreciated."

Help and Contact Page Useless

I made two purchases from two different sellers. They said their product was delivered but NO it wasn't or I never received it. I contacted both sellers who were no help at all, so I've been trying to contact eBay. This process is totally impossible! I cannot send an email to report the seller because eBay doesn't have an option for no seller name and won't send it without one. I don't have a name because the purchases are no longer in my purchase history NOR are the sellers showing up in eBay. How do I get a record of the emails between us. How do these things just disappear? I've tried for days to contact eBay but their contact and help page is a joke. Nothing leads to nothing. I've been on an endless circle trying to get this resolved. AI doesn't help it only says the same thing repeatedly. EBAY YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! How can I report these sellers without a name or no longer in my history? I sent a call request to no avail, twice! I've sent an email they offered on their page, finally, to no avail. How do I get a hold of a human at eBay and how can I get my money back? I am so frustrated I could scream! This is unacceptable customer service! We spend our money here we should be able to talk to someone if we come across a problem that your "help" page does not cover! Again, eBay do better and send me my two refunds.
