Hello everyone, I'm a seller from Ukraine shipping to the United States. All of my US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) via Ukrposhta, meaning all import duties, tariffs, and customs fees are prepaid by me before shipment. My buyers never pay anything upon delivery. However, my listings display the following banner: "Due to US customs policies, the buyer of this item will need to pay import fees to the shipping carrier prior to delivery." I have noticed that some Ukraine-based sellers who opted into the DDP pilot program display a different banner instead: "This item includes applicable import fees—you won't pay anything extra after checkout." I have already contacted eBay Support multiple times and was even directed through the High Value Listings review process, which turned out to be unrelated to my original question. At this point, I'm simply trying to find the correct process. Could an eBay Mentor or eBay staff member please help me with the following questions? How can a Ukraine-based seller apply to join the DDP pilot program? Which eBay team manages the "Import fees included" banner? Is there an official Help page, email address, or application process? Are there any published eligibility requirements? I'm not asking about eBay International Shipping or permission to list items over $500. I'm specifically looking for the process that allows eligible DDP sellers to display the "This item includes applicable import fees—you won't pay anything extra after checkout." banner for US buyers. Any official guidance or contact information would be greatly appreciated. If anyone from eBay staff is reading this, I would be grateful if you could point me to the correct team, even if this request needs to be handled outside the Community. Thank you!
