They said their product was delivered but NO it wasn't or I never received it. I contacted both sellers who were no help at all, so I've been trying to contact eBay. This process is totally impossible! I cannot send an email to report the seller because eBay doesn't have an option for no seller name and won't send it without one. I don't have a name because the purchases are no longer in my purchase history NOR are the sellers showing up in eBay. How do I get a record of the emails between us. How do these things just disappear? I've tried for days to contact eBay but their contact and help page is a joke. Nothing leads to nothing. I've been on an endless circle trying to get this resolved. AI doesn't help it only says the same thing repeatedly. EBAY YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! How can I report these sellers without a name or no longer in my history? I sent a call request to no avail, twice! I've sent an email they offered on their page, finally, to no avail. How do I get a hold of a human at eBay and how can I get my money back? I am so frustrated I could scream! This is unacceptable customer service! We spend our money here we should be able to talk to someone if we come across a problem that your "help" page does not cover! The email always say something like sorry reserve not met but thanks for bidding. Then they start calling. I don't want to get emails, texts, or phone calls from a seller, especially when I'm not even going to win the bid. How do they get your contact information from you just bidding and how can I opt out of my information being shared before I'm even the winning bidder? I want to utilize the "Variations" function where it makes absolute sense to, yet I'm getting consistent errors said product category doesn't allow for variants. Example of products I'm working with today: CategoryID 33704 - /eBay Motors/Parts & Accessories/Car & Truck Parts & Accessories/Interior Parts & Accessories/Steering Wheels & Horn Buttons Is there a master list of which eBay Motors categories (or product types) do and/or do not allow variants so I'm not needlessly loading Excel templates to just be thwarted?
