Combing orders in one shipment

I can't figure out how to combine to orders going to the same person. I've read instructions but can't find bulk shipping tool, etc. Can you help?

how to combine orders after the sale

when a customer completes 2 separate orders that i want to combine in one package for mailing and refund the excess shipping charges they paid, where and how do we manually add the tracking number for the second item that looks like it wasn't shipped since only one label was purchased?

Counter Offer Acceptance and Invoicing

It's been brought up here before, but I have to share this anecdote. A customer purchased fourteen photos, all of which were accepted counteroffers. I have no way of invoicing due to eBay's "now you can accept multiple counter offers, the first person who pays for the item gets it" policy. I have a stock statement I send to buyers to prepare them. Typically, they are understanding, as was this person, who paid over eighty dollars in shipping. I will refund him practically all of it, as fourteen photos will weigh at most eight ounces with packing material. I know... I am shouting into the void, but I am amazed that this policy continues. More amazed that customers seem to be okay with it. In general, I appreciate the iterations eBay makes, but I wish I had the choice to turn this one off.

"Buyer wants to shop more."? Ohhh, eBay. Such a comedian these days. Wow.

Um, yea. Oh, hey there lil' seller. My buyer wants to shop a little more, umm, k? Only 7 days or so. OK, thanks Seller. - the worlds BIGGEST marketplace even the way it's written says 'eBay snotty'. "Buyer wants to shop morrrrre". OK there, eBay. Wow Buyer won an auction. Apparently some 'beta' program that who/when/why/how guy, buyer, scammer was opted into has reared it's ugly head again and I'm the lucky seller this time around? Yea baby. Can someone please enlighten me on this. Small sale, but wow eBay, wow. Just more stand up comedy from the 'world's largest marketplace'. Unreal. This is the 2nd time I've seen this. First time around, the buyer didn't pay (yep, after 7 days). Had to re-auction the item and it sold for over 25% less - just a mere ~$45 ish loss 15 days later. Oh, and yea - unable to leave the a buyer negative feedback - that's right. Someone has got to start getting this stuff out on X or find a fun, creative way to have a good time with this comical nonsense. Borderline criminal.. definitely disrespectful, yet again. Please, can someone please enlighten me? Perhaps, not with the token corporate pompom's? Day after day, after day... selling on here just keeps getting more and more bizarre. Buyer wants to shop more lol. Wow.

Okay, so I use the app on my phone to weigh packages then get QR codes to scan at the post office for labels. I have a customer buying 3 different items. Because I cannot 'combine shipping' (that I know of) through the app on my phone, I typically will package all of the item's together, but only select one of the items on the app to insert weight, measurements, etc. and print label for. Then, I simply insert the tracking # for the other items that I did not separately print a label for. Will the order act as combined shipping? Question being, based on the way I am doing this, does the shipping basically combine at that point? Or is the customer still being charged shipping for multiple items (and I should refund them for 2 items worth of shipping)? Thanks

I sell comic books on eBay. When the customer buys quantity one pack of 20, no problem with the shipping charge. When I allow them to buy multiples, thespping charge is killing me. I thought eBay would automatically adjust the freight charge for the larger amount. What do I need to insure the correct freight is charged?

Unable to send invoice, page comes up with no info jsut the header and the bottom of the page.

Has anyone else had a problem sending invoices since last evening? I invoiced a customer yesterday morning, no problem. Last night I went to invoice another customer and the page comes up with just the normal ebay first line of the page and the very bottom of the page a couple inches below with no other data on the page. Thought it was a temporary glitch but it's still happening this morning. I've cleared the history on my computer and rebooted it as well. No difference.

Discounting an invoiced order
Any suggestions on how to discount an invoiced order? It will only let me apply a discount for shipping. They are trying to order 20 items, and I'd like to give a discount. Any help on how best to do this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Jason

Ebay account 22 yrs 100% feedback, I'm done.

Final straw: Mailed a box 12x21x12 25lbs Was charged $22.75 Ebay emailed an adjustment the dimensions were adjusted to: Mailed box 12x24x12 25lbs An additional $23.00 was added to the cost. No, the dimensions were not incorrect, verified by UPS Store before they accepted it. I can't dispute, I can't find a human to speak to. Don't feel like typing the list of other issues since Ebay was curtained by India. Nothing I can do about it. Done.
