      All Kinds of Sports Cards

Started selling a few weeks and having pretty good luck. Really enjoy doing it. https://ebay.io/m/pGsU92 I have a bunch of $2-$10 cards to clean up my collection. But, I also have some nice autographs, patch cards, etc... Hope you can take a look. I just listed a John Daly/John Daly II 15/25 dual autograph paired with a Viktor Hovland gloss steel plate card. Pulled 1/325 packs case hit.

Buyer opened INAD return but is trying to resell the cards before returning them – What should I do?

Hi , I’m looking for some advice regarding two return requests from the same buyer. The buyer purchased 8 trading cards from me across two orders (7 cards in one order and 1 card in the other). I shipped all 8 cards together in one package. The buyer later opened returns as “Item not as described” , claiming there were condition issues with the cards. I accepted the returns in good faith and purchased a Mondial Relay return label at my own expense so he could send all 8 cards back together. However, after I provided the return label, the buyer told me via eBay messages that he would try to resell the cards first . He said that if he managed to sell them, he would keep them, but if he couldn't sell them, he would return them to me. He then suggested another option: keeping some of the cards and returning only the ones he considers to be in worse condition. I told him that I cannot accept a partial return . The price was agreed based on purchasing the complete group of cards, so my position is that he should either keep all 8 cards or return all 8 cards for a full refund . The return currently still shows that the buyer has not shipped anything . My concern is that I have already paid for the return label, while the buyer is keeping the return open as a backup option while trying to resell the cards. Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Should I simply wait until the return deadline, or is there something I should do through eBay now to protect myself? And if the buyer sends back only some of the 8 cards despite me not agreeing to a partial return, how should I handle the refund? Thanks in advance for any advice from other sellers.

The seller canceled the membership before it expired, then sold it again on eBay.

I purchased a one-year Priority Pass membership. Five months after providing the seller with positive feedback, my membership was canceled, and the seller relisted Priority Pass on eBay. I attempted to contact the seller, but received no response. Unfortunately, eBay is unable to take action due to the elapsed time exceeding 90 days. It is regrettable that this situation occurred on eBay.

      Ebay Can't Verify Card

Tried to add new credit card. Ebay says, 'Can't verify card details'. 1. New card is renewal for expired card. 2 Expired card is no longer seen in Payments. 3. I tried adding new card via cell phone and desktop browser Edge. No success. Why is Ebay rejecting my replacement card?

New Seller Seeking Advice. Pricing Error and irritating Buyer.

I’m looking for guidance on how to properly handle a pricing error on a sold listing. I accidentally listed a card for $25 instead of $125 , and the buyer purchased it before I noticed. I reached out to explain the mistake and asked if they could request a cancellation. The buyer declined and stated they would leave negative feedback if I cancel it myself. I’d appreciate clarification on the following points: What is the correct procedure for canceling an order due to an obvious pricing error? Is “out of stock” the only cancellation reason available to sellers in situations like this? How should a seller proceed when a buyer openly states they intend to leave negative feedback if the seller cancels? Are there any protections or best practices for avoiding penalties when the mistake is clearly a listing error? Thank you for any advice experienced sellers can offer.

Unable to ship item through app

Randomly just been unable to ship my items through the app. What happens is that an item sells, igo through the app, click get shipping, and when it goes to the next screen, to put in item weight amd actually buying shipping, i click the blue "buy shipping" button and nothing happens. The website allows me to ship no problem but the app just suddenly started having this happen. I have re-installed app, i haven't changed any settings from before. Anyone else having this issue?

Seller Canceling Auctions After Winning Bids: What Can Buyers Do?

I recently won an auction on a live stream, only to have the seller cancel the transaction and issue a refund, claiming the card was worth more than the final bid. This felt unfair as I was not at fault for their oversight. What measures can buyers take to ensure sellers honor auction sales, especially when there's no apparent way to contest the seller's decision once a refund is issued? Can community members share their experiences or offer advice on potential actions or policies that could protect buyers in such situations? I have clear proof from the seller stating "this card was sold at a significantly lower price then the market value" but when I tried negotiating on the price, the seller would not budge and I ultimately paid for what they were asking for.

      PSA Authentication Issue

Ive had a few issues with ebays authenticator over the last 12 months or so, usually just them saying i didnt fully describe all the damage even when my listing either states it or the photos clearly show it. The work around the ebay dude told me was to simply mark down every cards condition which imo is distasteful and misleading but hey it worked so i did it with no issues until now. Now unfortunately it appears they damaged my card. To be fair ive had no other issues and have sold too many cards without problems via the authenticator but there is a freaking crease in the middle of this card now plain as day that was absolutely not in the listing photos nor done by me during packaging (for the nosy few or for context its a corocoro shining mew i sold). Crease smack in the middle like the ripped it out of the sleeve or toploader without care. Cannot imagine it happening in shipping as i ship tight sleeve, regular sleeve, cardsaver, bubble mailer, packing paper, and then in a box with a polymailer around it and have never had and issue in all this time with thousands upon thousands of shipments. What options do i have or what are you other fellow tcg sellers doing for higher value cards? I though of potentially just grading everything over 250$ regardless of its conditioning but theres no good value grading options now that i am aware of and i prefer to just turn and burn singles. Could do consignment but then itll just go back on ebay and face the overworked psa yet again and this time with a middleman so i dont think that really fixes it. I really want to just pull everything over 250 off ebay completely but that would hurt our business and i otherwise love the platform, any suggestions? Assuming i wont be able to do anything about the damage but advice there would be cool, more just hoping someone else has a work around so as to not even have to deal with them, maybe just grading with cgc? idk
