Unable to ship item through app

Randomly just been unable to ship my items through the app. What happens is that an item sells, igo through the app, click get shipping, and when it goes to the next screen, to put in item weight amd actually buying shipping, i click the blue "buy shipping" button and nothing happens. The website allows me to ship no problem but the app just suddenly started having this happen. I have re-installed app, i haven't changed any settings from before. Anyone else having this issue?

Can no longer copy tracking number in Android app

This is really essential to me, as I need to keep up with tracking information on usps.com for items on their way to my customers. Additionally, some customers request that I transmit the tracking number in ebay messages. I used to be able to copy-and-paste the tracking number from sold and shipping screens on the app. With the latest updates this ability has vanished. Several messages to ebay have gone unanswered. Advice?

Disable "Recently Viewed" notification

Is there a way to disable the obnoxious and saturated "Recently Viewed" item push notifications? Outbid and Offer Accepted notifications fail all the time, but Recently Viewed never fails (of course) and drives me nuts. I don't want notifications from every friggin' item that I've viewed! Android v14 Galaxy S21 Ebay app 6.14.0.0.1

The new App update and Layout change for Android

The new required app update for Android changedâ€ƒ the layout scheme of the navigation menu to the bottom of the screen. Is it supposed to have been changed in the new update: â€ƒ â€ƒ and is it possible to change it back to the horizontal pullout navigation menu?

eBay App not compatible with Android 15 (Lineage OS 22) / Motorola Edge 20 Pro

Hi, I've just upgraded to a new phone and wanted to install the eBay app (6.211.0.3). However the Play Store tells me that it is not compatible with my device. Since the minimum version seems to be Android 10 and I have Android 15 that does not really makes sense (to me). Phone is a Motorola Edge 20 Pro with latest LineageOS 22.2-20250616 (Android 15) with Google Apps. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Scrapped app features? No one seems to have talked about this.

I wanted to know what happened to these two app features that were personally really useful to me that I haven't seen anyone bring up anywhere. First I remember being able to swipe the thumbnail previews for listings right from the search results without having to actually tap onto the listing, this was really nice because it made it so I could easily see more about it without getting an offer from things I wasn't too interested in or from those scam listings that use fake AI generated thumbnails. Second was the floating button to bring up the AI chatbot, this was also really useful as I could easily ask it to explain more details about a listing I'm looking at like the branding and what some of the wording on things meant and their origin. I was just curious as I thought people would've at least talked about this somewhere, but I guess maybe I'm the only one that really liked these removed features.

Watchlist issue

I've noticed a problem or glitch recently while using the ebay app. I quite like the watchlist feature and being able to create custom lists to categorise different items I'm interested in buying, however I noticed in the last couple of weeks that if I add an item to a list and then delete the same item from my general watchlist, it will be deleted from both lists at the same time. This never used to happen, I could have multiple items in a different list without them needing to be in the main watchlist too. This was so much easier to navigate between different types of items (for example: crafting, clothes, shoes etc). Now I'm having to add everything to the main watchlist and it makes things too jumbled. It would be nice to have the option to just delete from the main watchlist only and not that and the custom list at the same time, however I don't seem to have that option. I'm wondering if this is a problem with the recent update (and I also cleared the cache in the app too which didn't help), I'm using an Android 10 phone and as I said I've never had this problem before. I hope it can be resolved soon. Any information and help is appreciated.

app currently unusable

today while using the app (v6.165.0.2) i got popup saying that my current version will no longer work and i need to update. annoying, since it's not that old, but fine. i go to the play store and it says that the latest version (v6.201.0.1) won't work on my device... without explanation. the minimum version of android for the latest version is 10... which is what my phone is running. thus, at the moment, i have no way of using ebay on my phone. is anyone else in the same boat?

eBay Android app v6.196.0.2, constantly and randomly crashing

Hi, As from 8th March 2025, eBay android app v6.196.0.2, started constantly and randomly crashing on different tasks particularly on search, resetting itself to the main page instead of showing results or completely shutting down with error message, making it almost impossible to use. Restarting the phone, clearing app's cache - nothing helped. On an attempt to update from Google app store, the message displayed: "This app won't work on your device", despite the phone is Sony Xperia 1V running on Android v14. The Google play store itself is up to date. So, no way even to reinstall or update eBay app on the client side. eBay, please fix it.
