Bank Verification Pending 2+ Weeks - jasnisapuan5@gmail.com
Hi Mentors, I need help with my seller account. My name is SHAFIZA AZIYANTI BT AHMAD SAUFFE. My eBay seller account: jasnisapuan5@gmail.com My bank account / Payoneer verification has been pending for over 2 weeks. I cannot get past this step. I tried contacting eBay support through the app and website, but chat is always unavailable and there is no option to send an email. I am very committed to selling on eBay. I already have ready inventory of authentic JDM diecast models and car parts from Japan. I am ready to provide any documentation like IC or proof of address. Can anyone from eBay or a Mentor please help escalate this or tell me how to reach the payments team? Thank you so much.

Dev API access registration and appeal both declined without any note to why

Like the many other posters on here, my request and appeal were both automatically declined with any reason to why. My use case fell into the allowed circumstances and was entirely personal use. Can a moderator please elevate my inquiry to a real person to review instead of AI automation?

Evening, I am trying to get access to the developers network and I keep getting rejected. I log in using my wlcollectibles account name and receive the following message. Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities. I think I was scammed
I literally can't update payment payout method it wants me to put in entire last account number which the bank says I never had any account in the ending numbers ebay said!!!!! I lost a nice needed sale and buyer is mad and it is impossible to speak with a human being!!!!!! I hate this app now it also shows under sales I sold an item on auction and they paid me but under payments received it states zero!!!! In red lettering so where is my money and how do I speak with human???

Account restriction will not clear after resolution, confirmed technical issue, SR# 1-507420144882

I'm a Store seller and my account has been restricted since July 28. Payouts are on hold at over $27,000 and all 66 of my listings are hidden, roughly $650,000 in inventory. The restriction was triggered by an item-not-received request on order 25-14881-24014. That case (5383991110) was reviewed by eBay and closed on July 30 with no refund to the buyer, because the watch was in transit to eBay's own Authenticity Guarantee center at the time it was reported missing. Eight days later, every restriction is still in place. I have completed order tracking on all 13 flagged orders. Multiple representatives, including Authenticity Guarantee (SR# 1-507420144882), have confirmed my account is verified and in good standing and that the remaining restriction is a technical issue on eBay's side. It was escalated to the technical team on August 5 under ticket 1-507631197031. I have had no contact from that team and was told resolution could take up to three months. My Seller Hub currently displays a blue banner thanking me for resolving my open issues directly above a red banner telling me to resolve my open issues. Screenshot attached. Can a moderator please attach my account to the relevant technical ticket or route this to someone who can clear the flag manually? Every day of this costs real sales.

Escalation for MC999 suspension after payout verification failure
Hi. My store theageofdesignfinds received an MC999 suspension on July 28 , immediately after repeated attempts to verify the legitimate business bank account during setup of the account as a business seller under DANLU Brands LLC . I operate three other established eBay stores under the same business. Those accounts remain active, and the same business banking relationship has been successfully established on them. I am the owner of DANLU Brands LLC and can provide government identification, Maryland LLC documentation, and documentation establishing ownership of the business bank account. However, eBay has not provided me with a verification/document-upload request or an actionable appeal path for the suspended account. The suspension messages contain general MC999/security language. Customer Service has not been able to resolve the issue or provide a route for manual review. Could a Community Mentor please help identify the correct escalation path for manual review of the MC999 suspension and the business/bank verification that immediately preceded it ? I am prepared to provide any verification documentation eBay requests through an authorized channel. Thank you.

Developer registration rejected since April 2026 — need staff escalation (irregularities error)

Hi eBay Developer Support / Community Moderators, I'm an established eBay seller trying to register for the eBay Developers Program to build automation for MY OWN store only — inventory sync, tracking upload, and Best Offer management. I need a staff member to escalate this to the Developer team, because the standard process has failed for four months. THE PROBLEM: Every registration attempt since April 2026 is rejected with: "Your account registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities." I never receive any follow-up email explaining what data is wrong. I've submitted the contact-us form with no resolution. WHAT I'VE ALREADY CHECKED: - My registration data matches my eBay account exactly (name, business, address) - I am NOT using a VPN and I'm on my normal home/business network - My eBay selling account is active and in good standing (908 feedback, 99.3% positive) - I recently regained access to and updated my account email, in case a stale/dead email on file was the original trigger ACCOUNT DETAILS: - eBay username: truckpartspluss - Current contact email: NTSLLC.georgia@gmail.com MY ASK: Please either (1) manually review and approve my developer registration, or (2) tell me the SPECIFIC field/data point triggering the rejection so I can correct it. After four months and multiple silent rejections, I need a human to look at this directly. I also want to confirm: did a partial developer account get created under my OLD email back in April? If so, I may need that recovered rather than a new registration. Thank you — I've been trying to do this the right way for months and would really appreciate a real review.

Good morning everyone, I’ve had my account t restricted multiply times due to an address issue. I’ve updated my address multiply times with a certificate of good standing and it keeps getting restricted. Can someone please assist.
