Item from Japan
I purchased a baseball card from a seller in Japan. The shipping fee was only $1.50. When it arrives, will there be any additional charges or fees or tariffs?

Ebay has been pressing heavily on sellers to enter the correct County of Origin. Whether they do, and carry it over to the customs declaration, is anyone's guess.
