Ebay authentication is a joke
I repeat if you need to have anything authenticated by eBay don’t. I accidentally put a wrong number in on one of my psa cards that was graded need less to say the failed it. So the returned it to an old address on my ebay file. Not the primary or the return address. They don’t verify anything. Needless to say Ebay is blaming the usps the usps is blaming Ebay and because ebay chose not to do something as simple as check the correct address im out of $500. IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE EBAY AUTHENTICATION YOU PROBABLY WONT BE GETTING YOUR ITEM BACK.

·3 years agoSo, you entered the wrong number of your card, and failed to update your own address in all areas where it shows on your selling account, but this is the fault of both USPS and eBay. Never a good idea to rely on another company with millions of individual subscribers to verify your own account settings. Best of luck to you....

OP3 years agoMaybe you misread my primary shipping address was updated and on file. The package should had been returned to the primary address on file which was also the return address. Reading is fundamental my good friend.

OP3 years agoAs a long standing customer of Ebay I’ll be closing my account and i definitely would not sell of this platform again. Be careful its not how it use to be. Check other reviews before sending in. This is pretty common.
