    RIFLE BARRELS RESTRICTED DUE TO CALIFORNIA LAW?

    I've been looking for a barrel for a little .22 rifle I've been working on for a while.  One came up for sale yesterday and I tried to bid but got a restricted item error stating that because it is restricted in California, I am unable to bid on it.  Neither I nor the seller live in California!    I bought a barrel for another rifle a couple of weeks ago, no problem.  Now all of a sudden, I can't bid or buy any barrels on the site!
