recalled item
I have received an email from ebay advising that an item has been recalled. I have messaged the seller to advise and find a solution, they originally advised they couldn't find my order and then when I sent a screenshot of the order have now stopped replying to my messages. The item is passed the returning stage and I have items that can't be used. What can I do?

·6 months agoThe UK has different rules/regulations then the US, which most of this community board is from. Do you have the option to open a return, because you can still try to utilize eBay's Money Back Guarantee if an item is Not As Described. It really depends on the item, some items are recalled for minor things, but doesnt mean they still cant be used.
