Visually Impaired eBay Seller Needs Live Phone Support
Summary: i-bay-pro is seeking assistance from eBay Support to update their account and banking information due to visual impairment, which makes it difficult to navigate the online process. They have been selling on eBay for over 20 years, but have been inactive recently and need help with listing a heavy item for sale. They are requesting a phone number or a callback for step-by-step guidance.
My main goal is, of course, to get paid for items I sell. eBay is asking me to update my account and banking information
- before I can receive payments, which is a perfectly reasonable request.
The problem is that because of my vision, I’m unable to clearly see and navigate what is being requested.
What I really need is a phone number or callback from eBay Support so someone can walk me through the
process step by step.
I have been selling on eBay for over 20 years but have been inactive for quite a while, and much has
changed. Once I get my account updated, I also need some help correctly listing a heavy item for sale.
Thank you in advance for all of your help direction and support-- wishing Ya all
best of luck and may this be the best year ever for you
God bless,
Jerry

You can go to the bottom of the page and Contact Us and request a call back - This would not be something I would do for banking information. I would not want to give out my information to a voice somewhere in the world.
Not sure about the help of the heavy item - but once you get your banking updated you may want to come back and ask here. Many sellers on here have been here years and can give you information on what to do, not do or to watch out for.
