Wrong shipping listed
How do i go back and change my shipping after i sold an item. I thought I chose to mail it as a letter and instead it won't allow me to choose ebay envelope? or first class mail?

·1 month ago · EditedI just found your S&H Saver Book. As long as it is under 6 1/8" x 11 1/2" x 1/4" and is properly flexible, just send it with stamps. Make sure you do the flex test before and after sealing it in an envelope, all of those stamps inside might make it too rigid, make sure it wraps around a cereal bowl or at least a large coffee can. Those green stamp books could get hard and crunchy when filled with stamps due to the hardened glue.
You probably listed it in a non-ESE category. You can still send it via first class letter, but you have to use stamps (when you go to print a label in a non-ESE category eBay just disables ESE and defaults to costly GA.) Put stamps on it, and mark it as shipping (GA would be lighting money on fire for an item of small value you can mail as a letter.) Check the ESE category path spreadsheet to make sure your ESE items are in an ESE category. https://ir.ebaystatic.com/pictures/aw/pics/sc/pdf/ebay-standard-envelope-eligible-list.xlsx
Several of your sewing patterns have flat 4.50 ground advantage shipping, it won't cover shipping to any zip code now and if they sell to the wrong zip code they will be going out at a complete net loss; your other ones might cover the shipping but you will be paying a ton of fees because the shipping is almost twice as much as the item price, might not be worth it. Your empty Ole Miss matchbook has media mail shipping on it, you can send that in an envelope or ESE for 0.78 or 0.82 cents with stamps (with no matches inside, of course). Make sure your music stand has an accurate shipping price, it might be slammed with an additional over 22" length surcharge (I don't know if it folds up to less than 22" long packed up.)

·1 month agoThe saver book? It was listed as 1st class letter. That is just a stamp (two if over 1oz) or you can get postage from the PO counter. I believe eBay envelope is not available for the category that was listed in so you can't get a label for it on eBay.
Listings can't be altered once sold.

Save a little money on that second ounce - postage for each additional ounce is 29¢ (after the first ounce's 82¢). But, absolutely, you can't alter a listing after it's sold.
