Wrong shipping amount on order, how do I fix it
Customer already paid and I printed label. Is there a way to fix or do I have to eat the additional charge? Item has not shipped yet.

·3 years ago@klhmdgis correct. As the seller it is your responsibility to make sure the listing in question is accurate. If the shipping is incorrect you could do one of the following:

·3 years agoThe seller (you) can not charge more.
The buyer paid.
You ship.
Use this as an education and make sure any other listings are correct before someone purchases them.
