Wrong ship from address appears on shipping label
The correct ship from address is in eBay-the old address is no where to be found. I just printed a label & it used the old ship from address-why?

·3 years agoSometimes after you update your ship from address in your account settings as depicted above @aloha649, the old address will remain on your shipping labels. So after you update your address in account settings (check all 5 address fields on that page to make sure they're current), the next time you purchase a label, check to see which address is appearing and revise it if necessary. Whatever change you make there will stick to future labels.
On the label purchase page:
Once you expand the shipping options per above screenshot, find the ship from address and click the edit button. Ignore the info about "print format" - what you're looking for is the "ship from/return to" field that's about halfway down. I'm just too lazy to take a new screenshot right now. 🙂

·3 years agoYou'll need to go to your Account Settings and update any Address fields that are incorrect. Good luck.
