Would love to see a option for a buyer to pay for a new label for a returned wrong address package
We've had two items returned this week where the buyer had the wrong address on their account. It would be much easier if Ebay had a way for the buyer to pay for a new label to reship the item. Both buyers contacted us with no problem for paying to reship since it was their fault. Right now as it stands with the only options 1. Cancel the sale, which gives the buyer a full refund, or 2. Refund the price of the item minus the shipping , which leaves the sale still open. I realize you can still print a new label, but the buyer is stuck footing the billl. Every penny counts for us small Mom & Pop shops. If there is a way that I'm just not aware of, I would love to know.

·1 year agoYou are allowed to ask the buyer for an email address to send them a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipping the item.
