WHY does ebay continue to allow clearly-fraudulent tracking like Aquiline Tracking??

It is getting well-past unacceptable for e-bay to simply issue milque-toast apologetics for the completely-deficient and unaccountable tracking service known as Aquiline Tracking. This tracking service is clearly unaccountable and continues to make patently-fraudulent claims as to its knowledge of the actual logistical information regarding the package it pretends to track. WHEN is e-bay going to take responsibility for these sketchy shipping and tracking services that it represents as legitimate??? Sick and tired of the lame excuses their "help" provide on these boards.
