Why am I paying more for shipping than the buyer???
I sold a pair of shorts and it says the buyer paid $2.59 shipping, and my shipping label cost $4.28. I feel like I’m getting Nickle and dimed to death here. Whether it’s the money showing up in my bank account 5 or $6 dollars short or me paying more for the shipping label it’s always something that I can never figure out 😥
I predominantly sell clothes is there some trick to what shipping labels I should be choosing?

·2 years agoLARGE envelope is also a FLAT envelope. Therefore, choose 'Ground Advantage' for all shipments (is usually the cheapest).
Also note that there are fees on shipping, not to mention price of package, so you should be adding a 'handling' charge of 20% to all calculated shipping costs.

·2 years agoOn your shipping, you need to select package, not large envelope.

·2 years agoYou have chosen an untracked shipping method which cannot be purchased through Ebay - First Class Mail Large Envelope. A very poor choice since you will lose any claim for item not received and will need to buy postage through some other site or at the PO counter.
