Why am I being charged by eBay to print shipping labels?
My two buyers each, apparently, paid shipping according to ebay's report, but I don't see a record of that anywhere. For instance, I see the final purchase price of $25, but eBay says buyer paid shipping, which is not anywhere on my account. Now I see Ebay subtracted shipping costs from my account. Selling two items lined this has been an awful experience.

Buyer's feedback is supposed to be anonymous, so you should never name the buyer when you leave feedback for them. Just FYI.
