Why after dealing with ebay for years its so hard to get an answer, when you can clearly see a fraud

OP2 years agoThe money was refunded, and they kept two cents for what ever reason

·2 years agoThe package was shipping from China to the US V.I. and it was returned to sender due to an unknown delivery exception.
Did you verify the shipping address you provided is correct @hrabsatt1 ? Buyers don't have protections if they provide an invalid address, so the first step in determining whether or not you have buyer protections is to verify the address on your order.
That info is needed before next steps are advised.
