Where is my package, ebay?
The international seller sent the package to his international shipper Pitney Bowes. PB then handed it off to Ebay's warehouse in the US. The package has not had tracking details for 2 weeks. YOU are solely responsible for this and YOU will eat the loss if my package is lost- not me, not the seller either. Where is it and why have you not added tracking information to my package, you customer support-dodging sheisters?

Just wait one day past the last given delivery date and file an item not arrived case. You are covered so don't worry. Not all shippers post tracking for each step of the way. Keep in mind that is the shipping service and they are not here on this board.

NO ONE here is responsible for your package... and NO ONE here will eat the cost of same.
You're on a community forum made up of buyers and sellers who volunteer to help people having issues on this site, if we can.

·1 year agoYour seller used EIS and ebay is (or ultimately will be) responsible if you don't get the item since tracking shows delivery to them.
What is the estimated delivery date shown on your order?

OP1 year agoApril 4th-10th, but they have not given me any information since March 24th on where the package is since it arrived to the US from the UK and their customer service was just a an automated bot, so I have no clue how I would somehow get information besides never buying from a foreign country ever again if ebay is going to be all mysterious about where it is (which is super useful).

·1 year agoIf you do not receive your shipment by April 11th, you can file a Item Not Received case.
EBay cannot assist you until that time. The system is automated.

·1 year agoThe problem is that you're premature in your worries. Nothing can or will be done until after the last estimated delivery date has passed.

How about using the eBay MBG?
1 day after the last estimated delivery date, file a "not received" claim.
