When do calculated rates kick in?
I want to start using calculated shipping on my books that I list. I did an experimental one yesterday and the shipping is listed at $5.42. I know the new rates start today but when? Does eBay automatically change the rates to reflect the higher amount or does it change it when the item sells? It hasn't changed yet.
