What can cause eBAY USPS charges to be sometimes way higher than expected?
Today's examples of postage cost differences:
6 oz, 6x4x1" package to Oklahoma City, OK 73107-2133, ebay USPS Ground Advantage $4.80 -- same as ShipStation
6 oz, 6x4x1" package to Cache, OK 73527-5000, ebay USPS Ground Advantage $8.97 -- I used ShipStation since it was only $4.97
4 oz, 6x4x1" package to Lakeland FL 33809-4183, ebay USPS Ground Advantage $8.80 -- I used ShipStation since it was only $4.80
Also interesting that the two "anomalous" amounts are exactly $4 higher on eBay. I will have to watch that to see if it is consistently this difference.
Why is there such a discrepancy for just some packages????

OP11 months agoThat is it!
Now I need to go through all of my listings and verify/remove that selection.
I have no idea why it was changed on at least several of my listings recently.

your listing somehow likely has "irregular package" ($4 surcharge) now check marked when getting to the label purchase page.
