This is a yes or no question. If you don't know the answer for 100% certain, please don't respond. When Global Shipping was forced on eBay sellers a decade ago, all sellers' accounts (including those who purposefully did not ship internationally) were opted into the program without their knowledge or consent. Does eBay plan to do the same thing again with their latest version of Global Shipping? I do not and will not ship internationally, and my user settings currently reflect that. Will those settings be changed again without my consent?
