Weird usps tracking. PNEUMATEK LLC?
So I apprehensively bought something from a new seller with only 2 feedback points. I bought some Christmas LED lights and specifically made sure the seller's item was based in the US. I bought and paid for. I didn't receive any tracking info for a few days, so I messaged the seller. I received a message back in broken English, so I messaged back to be sure this item was in the US as I obviously don't want to wait until March to get my Christmas lights from China. They told me it was in the US and updated tracking. This is the tracking info I received. I've never seen anything like it.

I ended up opening a case and eBay almost immediately refunded me. I also noticed the item disappeared from eBay, it looks like ebay may have deleted all their listings. Maybe a scam seller? Has anyone seen tracking or shipping like this before?
