Warning ebay shipping price inconsistency

I'm printing up labels for my orders as usual and the price for shipping the same size and weight for a USPS Ground Advantage package is different just because the order includes 2 items. I closed and reopened the label link, and the price didn’t change. The package is not shipping out of the country nor a faraway state like Alaska and doesn't weigh more 4 ounces to justify the increased shipping cost for standard shipping. I've included photos showing the price difference for the overcharged ebay label with 2 items, pirateship label with 2 items, and ebay standard order with 1 item. pirateship has the better rate for this specific order. It seems all my other packages are the same prices for ebay and pirateship except for this one. This is definitely not an error on my part since I’ve been able to receive the same prices for the same size, weight, and shipping service before regardless of item count. This is extremely unusual and a warning that ebay doesn't have consistent shipping prices and is not entirely reliable and should be checked with caution.

·1 month ago@petes_toy_den The eBay Ground Advantage Price is based on Rural or Non-Rural Zipcodes, but Pirateship prices are currently not. What Zipcodes are you comparing for the eBay Labels screenshots?
