Warning About GOFO Shipping / Package Never Delivered

I had an eBay order shipped through GOFO (not my choice), and the package ultimately never arrived.
A major issue was that GOFO would not deliver to the business address that the post office authorizes me to receive all of my packages. There is always someone available at receiving to sign for packages. (I don't have any issues with USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.)
Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, customer service was difficult to deal with, and management was not helpful. Tracking updates were inconsistent, communication was frustrating, and at this point the package just appears to be stuck in limbo.
After weeks of delays and uncertainty, I finally had to request a refund from the seller.
Just posting this as a heads-up for anyone considering GOFO as a shipping option -- not worth it.

·2 months agoOmg I'm having the same problem with GOFO the postmaster told us all we have to do is put the post office address and then put unit behind it with your post office box number and we shouldn't have any problems receiving our mail we'll the first time I had no problem receiving my merchandise now all of a sudden it's a problem and when you call GOFO and tell them what the postmaster told us to do they do want to here it me personally I think we should BOYCOTT GOFO I NEVER HEARD OF A COMPANY NOT HONORING THE POST OFFICE RULES if you are handling us mail it should be a federal law they should have to honor the us mail. So my question is this GOFO company doesn't have to follow the constitutional rights of the United States Mailing rules if not I think we should boycott them. And see how long they stay in business

·4 months agoGo to the PO you use and request a internal tracking print out ,it will have more details then the USPS online site .

OP4 months agoI've already contacted their "customer service" and exhausted my efforts with Gofo as per my post:

My post was meant to serve as a word of caution for anyone considering shipping with Gofo. Stay away.
