that's wierd feedback. what happened, did he ask to cancel, or did you just NOT send it after the person paid? that fb makes no sense. if you allow a cancel, then you also have to refund.
As @mtgraves7984 noted, just be patient. USPS can take up to 30 business days to confirm your voided label request. They will issue a refund after confirming that your package has not been shipped.
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
With a negative feedback and cancelled transaction on your first sale because you didn't get the price you wanted, I suggest reviewing this eBay policy:

·2 years agoAccording to the feedback, the OP didn't like the $3.25 the auction brought so they relisted it for a lot more.
A new seller sold two items and already received negative feedback, not a good start.
