Voec number trouble
Hi. Ebay shipping is paying customs when shipping items. To my country, Norway, has a new rule in addition to the demand of supplying a VOEC number on the parcel itself, they also need to supply the number digitally, which they didn't, and now I ended paying the tax twice. Contacting ebay about this seems hard. Customs here say that this is their responebility. What can I do?
