Viewing items not delivered in Paid and Shipped
Is there a way to view/filter/sort all of my "shipped" orders so that I can find orders that show shipped by not delivered, or vice verse? I recently had a batch of orders that USPS just "lost" and never got scanned in. I only was made aware when a buyer of one reached out. Saw about a dozen others around the same ship date showing no tracking. Looking to be more proactive, but I cannot find an easy way to find those items shipped but not delivered.

·3 years agoI'm not positive what you mean by being proactive but I would not recommend contacting a buyer just because their item does not show as delivered. It's very possible that the item was delivered even if the scanning doesn't confirm that. If you point out to the buyer that there is no delivery scan, it's possible that they will file a claim even if the item was delivered. They will let you know if there is a problem.

OP3 years agoIn this case, because it was a full set of orders, I would have started working with the PO earlier. Not necessarily looking for individual orders.

You can't sort by delivered or not delivered, but everything is easy to see. You CAN sort by day, week, month, etc.

OP3 years agoThat is what I use today, but with the number of orders there, it takes a lot to scroll through the whole list, even for a 30 day window. Looks like there is no easy way.
