USPS Underpayment charge
In my financial summary-recent activity I noticed this.
2 separate USPS underpayment charges for the same item.
1 for $3.00
1 for $5.15
Will I receive some sort of notice as to why? How can I dispute if I can't fine their reasoning? This information is nowhere to be found.
