USPS tracking shows an item is still at my local post office for the last ten days | Shipping

I sent two envelopes of 8 baseball cards each, using the eBay standard envelope, bought two shipping labels, and dropped them off at the Post Office on June 18th. One packaged arrived from Tacoma to Atlanta in about 5 days and it is being shown as delivered. The second package still shows it being in Tacoma, there is no update on its travel status. At what point do I start to worry and what should I tell the buyer. They were dropped off at the post office at the exact same time. Do I file a claim, I don't even know how to do that. I have by buying for a long time, I don't think I had anything lost in the mail. Thanks in advance for your help.
