So i hand packed this alternator myself and the customer started a return. Shipping was paid thru Ebays USPS Shipping Portal. How do i claim Insurance ? Here's a photo the customer sent me. Damage like this to Aluminum is Really Hard to do. You would need a good whack with a 5 lb sledge I don't get what's happening at these shipping companies.
