USPS PROCESSING FACILITY IN BELLS GARDENS, CA 90201 EBAY NEEDS TO ADDRESS WITH USPS/FIX OR BLOCK USE
I am posting these screen shots because they wouldn’t even allow me to submit my post on the site even though there are numerous never ending timeless complaints for this processing plant! EBAY NEEDS TO ADDRESS ISSUES WITH THIS PROCESSING FACILITY USED BY USPS TO PROCESS MANY BUYERS ORDERS OUT OF CA! It is one of the biggest and widely used facilities and good chances are if your package is processsed there you are not getting it or maybe months down the road if it isn’t marked as lost! I honestly feel with all of the information I’ve gathered that this facility has some illegal or policy violating activity going on due to the widespread complaints continuously over more than the last year, that’s just how far I went back reading and I was over it! My PACKAGE WAS PROCESSED HERE ON DECEMBER 3 2020 and HAS NOT EVEN LEFT THE FACILITY! I opened an INVESTIGATION WITH LOCAL POSTMASTER. My local postmaster stated that it hadn’t even left the facility when I have been told and tried to be convinced by seller and USPS customer service it was in transit and that is a lie! The local postmaster was shocked and clueless to why this facility has shipments sitting this long and it should not be happening and is completely unacceptable regardless of the situation with back ups and late deliveries they’ve been posting on their site and sending messages about to users and sellers! This situation is directly with this facility and needs to be investigated by postmaster inspector general and EBAY ALSO NEEDS TO GET ONE OF THEIR IMPORTANT PEOPLE TO CALL THE POSTMASTER AND GET IT ADDRESSED! If your package is coming out of California and is late and also hasn’t left California or just says in transit and has never updated, then your probably experiencing the wonderful service of this facility. Check on detailed tracking which processing facility your order was sent to in CA! Open a missing mail search case via online USPS form, and they will have to address the issues with this facility and staff. Also you can recommend a facility or office for investigation on the webpage of the postmaster general for USPS, they actually want to hear your valid recommendations for investigation of facilities and the findings are public posted on the site after concluded. However right now EBAY NEEDS TO ADDRESS WITH USPS ABOUT THIS WHOLE FACILITY! Especially since most of the regions deliveries are processed there and everyone is not getting purchases and demanding refunds on EBAY and who knows if the item ever makes it back to the seller so sellers you should be complaining too! ·10 months agoOh, my, I am now seeing this issue has been going on for some time. I, too, am having issues with the Bell Gardens facility. **bleep**? Why isn’t it getting any better?

·10 months agoThis is not an eBay issue. eBay has no power over the USPS. If you have issues with a specific Post office, then contact the Post Master there.
